How to Order
Ordering is easy!
Click the “Contact” tab, fill out the short questionnaire, and we will get back to you within 24-hours to begin discussing your design requirements.
Once you have decided on your style and selected your colors, we ask for a deposit based upon the complexity of your design. Your deposit reserves your spot on our production calendar and allows us to make a prototype invitation to your exact specifications. After receiving your prototype, should you wish to make any changes, we can either make changes via email or assemble a new prototype for you at a cost of $10 for each additional one required.
After you have approved your prototype and offered any final instruction, we work together to determine your timeline and finalize your cost estimate, including shipping costs. At this point, we do ask for payment in full at your earliest convenience. We prefer to invoice clients through PayPal, but also happily accept personal checks. We will not be able to begin production on your project until we have received payment.
Written approval is also required to begin production. You will be asked to physically and/or electronically sign off on your final proof.
Because each piece is handcrafted, our turnaround time averages 4-6 weeks. Rush orders may be accommodated depending upon complexity, a 15% charge is added for rush orders.
Samples
Charmant offers samples for most of our product line. Cost per sample is listed below each design. Should you wish to order a sample, please fill out the contact page and list the names of the designs you are requesting. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange shipping and payment.
